Questions

Before you decide.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on scope. For SMEs, the AI Audit is a fixed $3,000 — no hourly billing, no hidden fees. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) runs as a monthly retainer, typically $1,500–$5,000/month depending on your market and how competitive your category is. For custom software or CRM development, cost varies with the project; we'll scope it and give you a clear, fixed quote after the discovery call.

How long does it take?

For SMEs, the AI Audit takes 14 days from kickoff to final deliverable. GEO is an ongoing program — foundations go live in the first few weeks, with AI-search visibility compounding over the following 3–6 months. For custom software or CRM development, the timeline depends entirely on scope — we'll give you a clear timeline with milestones after the discovery call.

Who needs to be involved from our side?

4–5 people: the decision maker (CEO/owner), operations lead, IT/tech person, and someone from finance. That's it.

How much of our team's time does it require?

For the SME AI Audit, roughly 10–15 hours total across the 14 days, spread across your 4–5 people — we do the heavy lifting. GEO is largely hands-off — expect a few hours a month for reviews and approvals. For custom software or CRM development, involvement depends on scope; we'll agree on a lightweight cadence that fits your team.

What do we actually get?

Five tangible deliverables: a One-Page Reality Check, Process Maps with cost analysis, a Competitive Gap Analysis, a Prioritised Action List (Google Sheet), and a 3–5 page Action Plan with 30/90/365-day roadmap.

What if we already have AI tools?

Good. The audit evaluates whether you're using them on the right processes. Most companies that "tried AI" applied it to the wrong workflows. The audit finds the right ones.

Can you also build what you recommend?

Yes — that's the AI Build ($15K–$75K). But the audit stands alone. You can take the roadmap to any vendor. We'd rather you make the right choice than feel locked in.
